College/Career Exploration & Readiness: Provides support for youth through the advancement and completion of their education. Goes on to offer employment preparation and financial literacy.
Housing & Independent Living Skills: Provides coaching for youth on how to create a life plan. Helps participants develop a network of supportive adults. Teaches life skills. Helps foster youth to attain housing placements upon emancipation.
Health & Wellness: Promotes the overall wellness of youth by increasing their access to health resources and services.
